The Ribaudo Racing Academy offers a racing experience suitable for all skill levels, ages, income levels, and abilities. It provides an affordable option for renting or purchasing an open-wheel race car, making it accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy.

The FR-1 is the perfect entry-level race car for beginners and karting drivers who want to step up and start up a racing career. The winners or the series will win prizes and sponsors to step up to higher competition levels.
The Formula R perfectly combines Italian craftsmanship and American innovation and is also available in a high-tech assembling kit. Formula R is easy to drive, precision-engineered, lightweight, and the race car for everyone.
Improvements are made in safety like tubular chassis and Halo and the new design gives the Formula R the look of a higher category at the cost of a cheap entry-level car.
Since 2003
2003-2005
Corrado Cusi, a race car builder and former rally driver, conceptualized a simple and affordable open-wheel race car in a garage nestled in the rolling hills of Italy.
The result was the Predator PC001, powered by a motorcycle engine, marking the birth of the Predator race car.
The Predator PC001 made its debut at the Monza Formula Junior Championship, gaining immediate recognition.
2006
The Predator PC001 competed in the UNICEF Championship, showcasing its potential on the track.
Raffaele Barile secured the first-ever win for the Predator, cementing its reputation in open-wheel racing.
2006 – 2007
Matteo Cogoni and Alfonso Chiarini dominated the Formula Minicar 600 Championship, organized by Tony Padrone, bringing further accolades to the Predator brand.
2008 – Present
Year by year, the Formula Predator established itself as the premier affordable open-wheel race car.
The car’s design continued to evolve, adapting to modern racing needs while maintaining its core principle of cost-effectiveness.
Today
The Predator PC016 has been re-designed for the North American market and rebranded as the Formula R. It continues its legacy as a race car that makes open-wheel racing accessible to all.

Giorgio Ribaudo
Founder and Owner
Giorgio is an experienced race car driver in Italy, where he was an official driver of the Ferrari GT team and he raced in the Formula Junior Monza, Formula Renault, and Formula 3 races. He worked as an exclusive importer for Formula Predators since 2020 until now.
Michael Rutty
Director of Business Development
Michael will be responsible for marketing, events, sponsors, and promotions. He has worked and consulted with many startups across multiple verticals, including motorsports, entertainment, IT software, aviation, law, and the service industry.
Dawson March
Head of engineer
Dawson is a mechanical engineer completing his undergrad in mechanical engineering at the University of British Columbia. There he is, an engineer and driver for the University FSAE team, an engineering design team that designs and builds an open-wheel F1-style race car from scratch, which they compete with against other universities.
Joel Koman
ESports and Metaverse Developer
Joël Koman is a project developer in the field of simracing esports. His goal is to provide a platform for anyone and everyone the opportunity to become a professional in the field of motorsports, racing drivers, or otherwise. Committed to bridging the gap between virtual and’real-life’ racing as well as overcoming barriers on the “road to F1.

Warren, CFA (Co-Founder & CEO) A renaissance man who’s spent 23 years of his life in Hawaii, Warren made Singapore his home again in 2018. The enterprising man immediately jumped into the local tech start-up scene, first SCash Technologies and subsequently co-founded Xctuality with Adrian.
Ryan Negri, Advisor
Our Ferrari Spirit
Ryan will provide advice for the Ribaudo Motors racing team management. He is the official Ferrari dealer for California. He runs R3 Motorsports, a Southern California based automotive race team and development company, which runs the biggest Ferrari Challenge racing team in North America. R3 also specializes in supporting manufacturers SPEC series with customer support and logistics. R3 will be vital for our Southern California operations.

The Predator line was born in Corrado’s garage in 2003 with the series being introduced into racing competitions in 2005. He has continued to develop the Predator line, consistently improving safety, performance, and style with a constant eye for cost efficiency. His work has driven widespread popularity of the Predator.
